Holland & Barrett leads wellness sessions with our over 55’s project

  • Last week Holland & Barrett Birmingham hosted their first wellness session with BSWA’S over 55’s group of women.Women 55 years and above are often forgotten survivors of domestic violence and abuse which is why BSWA and Holland & Barrett teamed up to break the myths and focus on information and advice that will help towards the well-being of the women we support . The session was focused on women’s health, menopause and sleep. The goodie bags were such a lovely and generous touch. We are really looking forward to Holland & Barrett hosting their wellness sessions in our refuges💜
